Policy

1. Setup Fees
All setup fees are strictly non-refundable.
This covers the time, configuration, system design, and implementation work carried out at the start of your service. Once work has commenced, these costs cannot be recovered.
2. Monthly Subscription
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
No refunds are issued for partial months or unused time once a billing cycle has started.
3. 14-Day Satisfaction Window (Optional)
If included in your offer:
Clients may request a refund on their initial payment within 14 days only if:

No significant setup work has been completed, and
-
No custom integrations or deployments have been delivered
Refund requests must include a valid reason.
AIFYNEX reserves the right to decline refund requests where work has already been carried out.
4. Performance Disclaimer
AIFYNEX does not guarantee specific business outcomes, including:

Increased sales
-
Lead conversion rates
-
Revenue growth
Performance depends on factors outside of AIFYNEX control, including traffic quality, offer strength, and business operations.
5. Third-Party Services
AIFYNEX is not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations caused by third-party platforms including (but not limited to):
Tidio, Airtable, Zapier, Calendly, or website providers.
No refunds will be issued due to third-party service disruptions.
6. Scope of Service
Support, updates, and revisions are limited to the agreed service scope.
Excessive requests, additional builds, or changes outside of scope may require additional fees.
7. Abuse & Chargebacks
Any attempt to reverse payments (chargebacks) without contacting AIFYNEX first will result in:

Immediate termination of service

Permanent loss of access to all systems
8. Agreement
By purchasing any AIFYNEX service, you agree to this refund policy in full.
